This brochure is a single gatefold. This an educational piece provided by Ashton Woods Sales Consultants to buyers who purchase contingent on their current home sale. The content focuses on curb appeal, cleanliness and lighting, removing personal effects and keeping the color palette neutral.

This was the third anniversary of the Ashton Woods brand. Since 2014, Ashton Woods has expanded their team of Sales Consultants and the newsletter provided an excellent opportunity to celebrate, educate and reinforce their brand.

Each community brochure tells a story to perspective homebuyers. These brochures will highlight their resident’s lifestyle and community traits as well as showcase personalized styles and finishings that can be added throughout the homes. Homebuyers will takeaway why Ashton Woods is the Home to Inspiration.

The 2020 Annual Report was composed of two deliverables. A printed and digital version. The Connected to Now theme pays off the increasing connection and how Assurant fits within the growing connected world.

This was a collaboration project with the 2-Time winner: Magazine cover of the year John Mavroudis. Mr. Mavroudis created illustrations which were implemented throughout the report.

2020 marked the last year Benno Dorer was the Chair and Chief Executive Officer for The Clorox Company. These t-shirts were printed and given away to Mr. Dorer and all the Clorox employees.

This display featured a prominent space for the featured device, a brochure and business card caddy.

Top left features a sample spread and the lower right shows the front cover. This annual report centers around their 40th Anniversary and the idea of, “40 Years of Help and Hope”. It will spotlight their founder and highlight the campaign that domestic abuse is “Everyone’s Problem”. A separate infographic will also be made available.

The infographic supports the content of the annual report, but can also be broken apart and distributed in sections via social media or through additional mailings.

This is a sampling of the 2018 Cresswind creative campaign. This look and feel will tie together 7 different Cresswind markets in 3 states. Deliverables include print, digital, and eblasts. There are several templated advertisements. For example, there several templates that can be used to advertise events, a cross-sell communities, site plans, community educationals, and current inventory.

Jeff and Karla, current residents at Cresswind at Peachtree City, travelled and documented parts of the Go Guide Road Trips in their RV. They visited additional Cresswind communities in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina.

Eblasts and print ads were generated as a part of this campaign. They were also highlighted in the Cresswind Go Guide magazine. Jeff and Karla were given printed shirts, hats and magnets for their automobiles to reach out further. The goal of the road trip was to increase the fanbase on the Cresswind Go Guide Facebook page.

This is a quarterly magazine distributed to Verizon employees highlighting their accomplishments and celebrating Verizon in the community.

Applications of logo usage.

This pull promotion features a gazebo design/build competition called the Gazebo Gauntlet Sawdust Showdown. It would be done locally at Home Depot stores. YellaWood supplies the award and the lumber. Home Depot would supply the location and the tools. The winner would have their gazebo donated to a local park for the community to enjoy.

2018 Bronze, Aster Awards winner for a single page magazine advertisement. This ad puts a spotlight on the hospital expansion project and how it will bring a heightened level of care as well.
